                Additional Listing and Directors Shareholding


Application has today been made for the admission of 2,122,600 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on AIM. These shares were issued
on 6 June 2001, pursuant to a placing for cash at 4p per share, to Mr Stephen
Dean, a director. Mr Dean now holds 28,027,724 ordinary shares representing
20.28% of the Company's issued share capital.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on 12 June 2001.
