The Company was informed that, on 25 May 2001, Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman of
the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5p
per share. As a result, Mr Dean is now beneficially interested in 24,405,124
ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 17.66 per cent. of
the issued ordinary share capital.
