                 Director's Shareholding


The  Company  was  informed today that  Peter  Holmes,  a
Director,  purchased on Friday 23 June  300,000  ordinary
shares in Voyager IT.Com plc at 9.5 pence per share.   Mr
Holmes'  total  holding  is now  1,756,250  shares  which
represents 1.6 per cent of the issued share capital.
