Placing of New Shares
The Company has today placed 5,500,000 new ordinary shares at 3p per share to
raise £165,000 of working capital for the company. Application has been made
for these shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 9
July 2001.
