Additional has today been made for the admission of 2,750,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on AIM. These shares have been
issued pursuant to a placing for cash at 3.2727p per share. The new ordinary
shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on 8 August 2001.
