                              Additional Listing




Application has today been made for the admission of 12,000,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on AIM. These shares have been
issued pursuant to a placing for cash at 4.25p per share to raise additional
working capital for the company. The shares will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to
commence on 7 February 2001.
