                           TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES









The Company announces that the Company cancelled 600,000 Ordinary Shares of
nominal value €0.025 each on 18th December 2007 (the 'Shares').



This follows the Company's announcement on 30 November that it had bought back
the Shares as part of a limited share buy back programme and that it would be
cancelling the Shares.



Following the cancellation of the Shares, the Company has 201,452,110 Ordinary
Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
