TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL



In conformity with Rule 13.1 of the Interim Transparency Rules of the Financial
Regulator, McInerney notifies the market of the following:



As of today's date, McInerney's issued share capital consists of 202,052,110
Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.025 each with voting rights.  Each of these
Ordinary Shares carries one vote.  McInerney does not hold any Ordinary Shares
in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in McInerney is
202,052,110.



The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, McInerney under the Transparency
(Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Interim Transparency Rules.
