The Company has issued 7,500 shares following the recent exercise of employee
share options pursuant to the 1996 share option scheme.

Application has been made to have the share admitted to listing on the Irish
Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange on 18th November 2002.

Application has also been made to the Financial Services Authority - the UK
Listing Authority for admission of the shares to the official list.
