Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Limited (formerly Mercury Asset Management
Limited) holds an interest of 3,177,973 shares in the capital of the Company
representing 10.02% of the issued capital.

Mercury Asset Management Limited had previously notified an interest of
2,854,396 shares in the capital of the Group being 9.02% of the issued
capital.
