A letter from McInereny Holdings Plc to the Irish Stock Exchange dated and
received 16 November 2000.

This is to inform you that we have been informed that Harcourt Developments
Limited holds an interest in 3,428,023 shares in the capital of the company,
representing 10.8% of the issued capital.  Their previous notified
shareholding was 2,240,259 shares being 7.08% of the then issued share
capital.

The Shares are registered in the name of Pegasus Nominees Limited.  Contrary
to the notification of 1st September 2000, Pegasus Nominees Limited do not
have a notifiable interest in the capital of the Company as this interest is
beneficially owned by Harcourt Developments Limited.
