The Company has issued 35,000 shares following the recent exercise of employee
share options pursuant to the 1996 and 1999 share option schemes.

The exercise price was 25,000 at Euro 1.75 and 10,000 at Euro 0.44 cent.

Application has been made to have the shares admitted to listing on the Irish
Stock Exchange and on the London Stock Exchange.

Application has also been made to the Financial Services Authority - the UK
Listing Authority for admission of the shares to the official list.
