HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 3 May 2006 from AEGON Asset Management UK
plc, that, following a sale of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Shares'), the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies has a resultant interest
in 7,127,806 Shares, representing approximately 12.08% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares.

For the purposes of this notification, the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies
