of 1,952,913 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), Wellington
Management Company LLP, as discretionary investment manager on behalf of various
separate accounts, had an interest in 1,952,913 Shares, representing
approximately 3.18% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
