Sections 198 to 202 Notification - Disclosure of interest in shares

The Company today received notification pursuant to Sections 198 to 202 of the
Companies Act 1985, as amended by Section 134 of the Companies Act 1989, that as
a result of a sale of 301,663 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company 
('ordinary shares') on 15 July 2004, Fidelity International Limited and its
subsidiaries and affiliates, are currently interested in 4,326,904 ordinary
shares, representing 7.49 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
