DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified on 20th January 2005 that on the same day Mr Stuart
Black bought 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 240 pence per
ordinary share.

Following this transaction Mr Black has an interest in 100,000 ordinary shares
representing 0.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
