Mears Group PLC - Additional Listing
Application has been made for 500,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company
('Shares'), issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants at 10 pence per share,
to be admitted to AIM. Dealings are expected to commence in the shares on 6
February 2001.
