                     INTERIMS DATE - MONDAY 12 JANUARY 2004

PMI, the world's leading operator of photobooths and a significant manufacturer
of photoprocessing minilabs, proposes to announce its results for the half year
ended 31 October 2003 on Monday 12 January 2004.

On that day, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m, an analyst presentation will be held
at Regus, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2, which is situated under
200 yards from Moorgate underground station.
