NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHARE INTEREST

We have been advised that Schroder Investment Management Limited have reduced 
their interest in Photo-Me International Plc to 57,784,613 shares, which 
represents 15.94% of the Issued Ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each.

These shares are held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients
under investment management agreements, by subsidiaries or affiliates of 
Schroders plc.
