58,155,515 shares in Photo-Me International Plc, which represents 16.07% of the
361,828,195 Issued Ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each. These shares are held in
portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients under investment
management agreements, by subsidiaries or affiliates of Schroders plc.
