LETTER TO: COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENTS OFFICE
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SHARE INTERESTS OF A DIRECTOR
We advise that today a Director, Mr Peter Melville Ogborne, exercised his Option
(granted January 1995) to purchase 126,075 Ordinary shares of 0.5p each under
the Rules of the Company's Share Option Schemes, at a price of 46 pence per
share. Approval was given at a Board Meeting of the Company on 29th February
2000 and, accordingly, the Company's Registrars have been instructed to allot
and issue the shares.
Subsequently, Mr Ogborne has today transferred 63,000 of these shares to his
wife, who has sold 23,350 at a price of £2.40 each. Mr Ogborne has also sold
23,350 at £2.40 each.
Mr Ogborne's interest is now 84,375 shares representing 0.023 per cent of the
Company's issued Ordinary shares, of which 44,725 are registered in his own name
and 39,650 in his wife's name.
