                     UK Vending Wins Post Office's Business


PMI, the FTSE 250 digital imaging company, announces that it has signed a five
year agreement with Post Office Limited. Under the agreement, with effect from
the Spring of 2006, PMI will locate some 400 photobooths and, additionally, will
install digital media kiosks (for the self-service printing of photographs) in
the Post Office's directly managed branches. The contract is expected to
generate for PMI an annualised photobooth revenue of some £5m.

At 31 October 2005, PMI had 33,000 Vending sites world-wide, including 20,400
photobooths, of which 13,100 sites and 5,600 photobooths in the UK & the
Republic of Ireland.
