Postponement of Annual General Meeting 2020

The Company announces that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') convened for 3 April 2020 will be postponed. The Board has taken this decision in light of the current situation regarding COVID-19 and public health guidance on social distancing.

The Company is required to hold the AGM by 24 May 2020. The Company will notify shareholders via the Company's website or via the regulatory news services as soon as reasonably practicable of the revised meeting date, with the appropriate notice. 

The Company will send formal notice of the postponement to its shareholders as soon as practicable and such notice will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
