Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the UKLA Listing Rules, and further to the release of Fulcrum Utility Services Limited, the Company confirms that Dominic Lavelle, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of McColl's Retail Group plc, has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Fulcrum Utility Services Limited with immediate effect. In addition, Dominic has also been appointed as Chair of the Group's Audit Committee.
