Transfer of shares out of Treasury

McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 16 May 2011 it transferred 13,060 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of meeting SAYE options that were exercised early.

The Company now holds 597,595 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,442,706 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
