Transfer of shares out of Treasury

McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 October 2010 it transferred 41,726 ordinary shares of 10p each. 1,825 shares were transferred for the purpose of meeting an SAYE option that was exercised early and 39,901 were transferred for the purpose of meeting LTlPs that were exercised early.

The Company now holds 452,810 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,587,491 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
