Further to its announcement on 6 January 2011 relating to the Board's intention to implement a "B Share" scheme as a mechanism for making payments to shareholders (the "B Share Scheme Proposal"), McBride announces that a circular setting out full details of the B Share Scheme Proposal (the "Circular") will be sent to shareholders today. The Circular will also shortly be available to download on McBride's website
(www.mcbride.co.uk/investors/welcome).
A copy of the Circular and a document showing the proposed amendments to McBride's articles of association in connection with the B Share Scheme Proposal will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
