McBride plc advises that on 11 December 2015 Rik de Vos, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 149.25 pence each.

Following this purchase Rik holds 30,000 ordinary shares in McBride plc (0.016% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)) and has an interest in 561,081 ordinary shares in the Company.
