Appointment of new Executive Director

McBride plc, Europe's leading supplier of private label household and personal care products, announces today the appointment of Richard Armitage as Finance Director. Richard will be joining the Board shortly, at a date to be announced

Richard joins from Premier Foods where he is currently the Finance Director of their Grocery Division. Before joining Premier, he worked with ICI as a Divisional Finance Director and a Divisional Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that he held various financial roles with Courtaulds, Boots and the Rover Group.
