MaxCyte announces filing of Form 8-K

 

ROCKVILLE, MD, January 29, 2024 - MaxCyte, Inc., (Nasdaq: MXCT; LSE: MXCT), a leading cell-engineering focused company providing enabling platform technologies to advance the discovery, development and commercialization of next-generation cell-based therapeutics and innovative bioprocessing applications, announces that it has filed a Form 8-K with the SEC announcing the departure of Dr. Cenk Sumen as Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Sumen will maintain a relationship with the Company as a member of MaxCyte's Scientific Advisory Board.
