                           Voting Rights and Capital





In conformity with the transitional provisions of the Transparency Directive,
the Directors of Murray VCT 4 PLC ('the Company') confirm that, as at the date
of this announcement, the Company's listed capital consisted of 35,463,992
Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying the right to vote. The
Company does not hold any shares in treasury.



The total number of voting rights is therefore 35,463,992 and this figure may be
used by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they may
determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company's shares under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
