High Court Approval of Cancellation of Share Premium Account and Capital Redemption Reserve

Further to the announcements of 19 February 2010 and 17 March 2010, the Company is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice (the "Court") yesterday approved the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve (the "Cancellation").

The Company registered the Court order approving the Cancellation and a statement of capital (approved by the Court) with the Registrar of Companies yesterday and the Cancellation became effective on such registration.
