Amendment to date of Annual General Meeting

The following amends part of the Preliminary Results announcement released on 12
May 2005 at 12:45 pm, under RNS number 2312M.


In the additional information provided with the Preliminary Announcement of the
results for the year ended 28 February 2005, the Directors of Murray VCT 4 PLC
advised that the date of the Annual General Meeting would be Thursday 7 July
2005.

The Directors now advise of an amendment to the date of the Annual General
Meeting which, as confirmed in the Notice of Meeting issued on 3 June 2005 in
the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2005,
will be held on Wednesday 6 July 2005.
