                        NOTICE OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

Murray VCT 4 PLC (the 'Company') confirms that, further to the passing of a
Special Resolution by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company
held on Thursday, 17 July 2007 and the issue by Companies House of a Certificate
of Incorporation on Change of Name dated 25 July 2007, the name of the Company
has been changed to Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC

Copies of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name have been submitted
to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the
UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
