MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC  

On 20 June 2013, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 25,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 90.0p per share and 25,000 of its C Ordinary shares at 90.0p.

Following this transaction the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 26,328,172 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 3,973,876 C Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 30,302,048.
