                  Change to dividend record and payment dates

It was previously announced in the preliminary announcement of results for the
year ended 31 December 2007 that dividends would be paid to both Ordinary and S
Ordinary shareholders on 30 April, with a record date of 28 March. It is now
proposed to pay the dividends on 20 May to shareholders on the registers on 18
April 2008.
