Resignation of Directors

As part of its stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC confirms the resignation as Director of Mr Andrew Lapping and of Mr David Potter following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2015.

The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr Lapping and Mr Potter for their valued and significant contribution to the deliberations of the Board during their time in office.
