ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 3 February 2005 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT PLC purchased for
cancellation 106,106 of its own Ordinary shares at 74.5p per share.
Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 10,269,162
Ordinary shares of 10p each.
