          Offer for subscription of "C" Ordinary Shares ("the Offer")


The directors further announce that, in view of the level of interest expressed
in the Offer, they have extended the latest date for receipt of applications
under the Offer to subscribe for up to 15 million C Ordinary shares. The
original closing date of 4 April 2006 is replaced by a new closing date and time
of noon on 5 April 2006.
