As part of its stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC confirms the resignation of Stephen Wood as a Director following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2014. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr Wood for the valued contribution that he has made to the deliberations of the Board during his time in office.

The Board also confirms that Atul Devani who joined the Board on 5 April 2014 was elected as a Director by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2014.
