ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 11 November 2004 Aberdeen Growth Opportunties VCT PLC purchased for
cancellation 17,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 71p per share.
Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 10,375,268
Ordinary shares of 10p each.
