Amendment to Transaction in Own Securities


The Board of AiM VCT2 plc announces that the Company purchased for cancellation
today 135,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 76.5p.

Following this purchase there are now 43,255,309 ordinary shares of 10p in
issue.
