AIM VCT 2 plc - Voting Rights and Capital



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the
Company would like to notify the market of the following:



AIM VCT 2 plc's issued Ordinary share capital consists of 40,310,023 ordinary
shares with voting rights.



AIM VCT 2 plc's issued C share capital consists of 2,950,085 C shares with
voting rights.



The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, AIM VCT 2 plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
