Offer for Subscription

The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, a further 70,971 ordinary shares have issued today at a price of
95p. Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 17 June 2004
at 8.00am.

The total number of shares in issue is now 43,259,055.
