2003/2004 Offer for Subscription


The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, 76,818 ordinary shares at 79p per share have been allotted and
issued today. Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 14
April 2003 at 8.00am.


These shares are allotted and issued under a block listing of 3,000,000 new
ordinary shares and the remaining balance will be allotted and issued on an
ongoing basis.
