Details in the first paragraph second line should read 550,411 'C' shares
at 100p per 'C' and not 550,441 'C' shares at 100p per 'C' share.

'C' Share Issue


The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that applications have been
received in respect of 550,411 'C' shares at 100p per 'C' share which have been
issued on 28 March 2006.  Trading in these 'C' shares is expected to commence on
29 March 2006 at 8.00am.



This brings the total number of 'C' shares in issue to 1,164,801.
