The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, a further 46,299 ordinary shares have been issued today at a price
of 93p. Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 1 June
2005 at 8.00am. This Offer is now closed.


The total number of shares in issue is now 44,236,479.
