Offer for Subscription


The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, a further 255,385 ordinary shares have been issued today at a
price of 100p. Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 29
March 2005 at 8.00am.


The total number of shares in issue is now 43,142,024.
