Offer for Subscription



The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, a further 214,237 ordinary shares have been issued today at a
price of 98p. Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 1
April 2005 at 8.00am.


The total number of shares in issue is now 43,356,261.
