The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, a further 59,366 ordinary shares have been issued today at a price
of 95p.  Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 8
November 2004 at 8.00am.


The total number of shares in issue is now 43,162,868.
